VXR member jailed for protecting family
Couldnt believe this when i read it.
Basically somebody broke into his house to steal the keys to the car its believed.
The guy heard somebody downstairs while him and his family were in bed, awoke to find a robber and beat the living daylights out of him as he felt he was in danger.
the Robber called the cops and the bloke has been arrested and sentanced:

He also recieved a £350 fine + court costs and 72 hours of community service.
We are NOT happy with this outcome as he was only deffending his/our property and the wellbeing of the people in the house.
It's digusting that something like this can happen and the homeowner recieves a bigger penalty than the criminal.
They decided that the sentance was appropiate due to the extent of the injuries that was imposed on the guy trying to break in, they said it was to extent for self defence and charged him with GBH.
The justice system fucking sucks , if it was my house they'd get the same.

i would of done exactly the same but instead of letting the thiefing scum go i would ring someone up who would then take him to a private location and torture him.

there's a lesson to be learnt there about hiding your car keys.
doesn't matter how secure your car is if someone has the keys to drive it.

Britain and the legal system sucks the chubby.
Gone are the days when you could defend your property, may aswell leave everything unlocked in future.
If I were him I'd get selling the story to the tabloids and show how fucked Britain is.

Being in the insurance industry, I see this a lot more recently. I recon the car keys are stolen out the house more often now than the car broken into.

ps They'd get the same at our house too, it wouldnt be me though. lol.

RE: VXR member jailed for protecting family
Which forum is it on as I spoke to one of my mates who posts up on a VXR forum and he didnt know anything about it??!!
Not saying it's not true but he was interested and couldn't find it!!
If it were my house they'd have 'accidently' fell down the stairs/off the wall onto the main road.
Once you break into someones place you leave your rights at the door in my opinion!!!
