ive got everyones passes now that i will give out on the sat morning before we set off
convoy:
Meet: ED/Boston Burger
time:11am
leave:11:15 (or as soon as everyone is there)
and the list of cars and people who have tickets

just a quick update ill put all the details up later on whats happening over the weekend
show and shine is now being held on sat and sunday with trophies for both days
on sunday we also have a peoples choice trophy this means that everyone can vote for a car of there choice and the car with the most votes wins a trophy so anybody could win this :cool:

hi all
now all the pre booking has finished and all the traders and entertainment are sorted we can now give a list of events for the weekend
dont forget £15 per person for the whole weekend £6 for day visitors
FRIDAY
gates open for traders from 9am onwards
gates open to the public from 12pm
entertainment starts from 6pm in the nightclub (kids allowed in night club till late if accompanied by parents)
traders open till late
6pm-7pm- kiddies disco
7.00pm-8.00pm- quiz time (£1 per team to enter winner takes all)
8.00pm-9pm- illusionist (something different )
9.00pm-10.45pm -(80's-90's) dj with dj bay j
11.00pm-late - dj ashy flash (drum and bass,house,dubstep ect)
SATURDAY
gates open from 8am for the public
show and shine (entrance to be in for 11am) trophies
special displays on all day
kayla kavannagh playing throughout the day
diablo displays, unicycle,jugling ect all day
kiddies activities throughout the day (egg and spoon race ect)
split screen camper bouncy castle
inflatable large slide
inflatable activity centre
surf simulator throughout the whole weekend (competition with prize)
beat the goalie game (competition)
traders open till late
pub/nightclub open from 12pm (maybe earlier)
evening entertainment starts at 6pm
6pm-7pm -kiddies disco
7pm-8pm- dj bay j
THE BANDS
8pm-9pm- skagz
9.15pm 10pm pump car cover band
10pm-11pm pump car
11pm-12am the beetroot kings
12am-late ferocious dog
SUNDAY (main show day)
gates open from 8am
traders
bouncy castles
show and shine (entrance to be in for 11am) lots of trophies
charity auction for brads (come on peeps lets help them out)
kayla playing throughout the day
diablo displays, unicycle,jugling ect all day
special displays
prizes for competition given out
plus lots lots more
