RE: Urgent Fuel Protest NOW, TODAY
Even tanker drivers doing it isn't going to make a difference to the cost, will just make forecourts run out and cause panic buying. I think everyone should start using alternative fuels instead. I'm hoping to a seperate fuel cell in the boot with a SimTek ECU dual mapped next year, onr for normal fuel and one for Methanol. And if you have a Diesel, start using veggy oil or similar. We'll all have to go this way eventually as oil supplies are running low.
Need something thats not gonna effect the daily driver like these protests do, but something that will effect the government. Like if everybody stopped paying car tax. Will get you in the shit, but its not gonna stop you from driving, but will cost the government.

RE: Urgent Fuel Protest NOW, TODAY
When i heard about it, i too wondered the sence in driving all the way to leicester to moan about fule prices, to then drive back
the theory is mint..
But they should do it the day after a show when people are already out..
I think stu's idea of stopping on the m1 for a picnic is the best idea..
now THAT would cause some shit!
The problem with it all guys, is that the GOVERNMENT havent put any money on the price of fuel...
It just costs more to buy..
And you cant make someone sell you something cheaper just cos a load of loons blocked the M1 for a bit
Just wait till the .gov DO put the tax up!

Need alloy wheels?
Need modified car parts or performance car parts?

Oil has indeed increased per barrell, but a gallon of unleaded is still only retailed at about 42p a litre. It's the tax on top that is the real pisser!
A far cry from 13p a litre in Bahrain
*insert witty remark here*

I DIDNT organise it, Neither DID Max Power but they wanted to make a feature out of it, asked a few cruise sites but there turnout was shit so he rang me at the last minute to try and get the top car club down, turns out most of you were doin what they should and at the 3 main events lol
But i do agree...sod wasting 40 ltrs to moan about fuel prices...!

Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
