RE: sub/amp problem
Stopped working won't turn on, or stopped working turns on but no output? Or something else?
Check it's getting power first.
If it is then have any settings been changed (either by you, someone else or some outside force)?
Is your head unit still giving an output?

RE: sub/amp problem
Check there's still power coming from the battery to the amp (multi-meter, DO NOT put it on your tongue, it IS NOT a 9V battery ;]) If there's power getting to the amp, but it's not turning on, the amp is at fault. If power isn't getting to the amp, check the cables and connectors, and the fuse (if it is, which it should be, both a fuse in the amp and one in the cable). If the fuse is blown, replace it with one of the same size, if it blows again, come back here. DO NOT replace it with a bigger one.

RE: sub/amp problem
Also check the remote on feed if your amp has one, if that's down then the amp won't know it's meant to be on.
