Stage 1 VIP mod done on Merc

Well the scum bag low lifes in Creswell did it for me. I now dont have a bonnet emblem.

I was planning to buy a flushed badge for the VIP Style look but was not expecting to do it this early.

badge to replace star

will look like this ( I even like the black grill )

About 8 last night. Left the car on the front of the house. Bloke across from us knock on door to tell me. He chased them off. He said one had a grey hoody, which narrows it down. lol.

It could have been worse, there's actually no damage just a little hole in the middle of the badge. I recom I can cover it up myself with something rather than buy the whole flushed badge. Alway looking for the cheaper option. lol.

I agree, maybe a little premature but the chav has just seperated you from the blue rinse Merc owners brigade.

Done you a favour in a wrong kind of way.

Thing is Al, with is being Creswell, there'll be some numpty walking around with it on a chain, or better still he'll have given it to his chavvy bird, who'll have it on a length of plug chain around her neck.

I like the flush badge, is it expensive?

Right I've done the flush badge and you cant even tell I made it myself.

I ended up using the plastic cover off some ret old taps that I found (they're actually over 20 years old lol), its a chrome cap that covered the screw, usually has H or C on them but this one was plain luckily. I spent about 2 hours making it smaller from 10p size down to less that 5p size. Glued it in and its perfect. You seriously seriously cant tell.
