spray help

does anyone know how long i have to leave primer for before i can spray colour onto it and then how long till i can spray clear laquer onto the colour all help appreciated

It usually says on the tin, but as long as you've not put it too thick, it would be dry enough in 15 - 20 mins. Hair drier helps. lol. With the primmer you can usually tell when it dry enough cos it changes colour slightly. You can actually see its dry.

But the colour could do with a little longer, and a little more difficult to SEE if its dry enough. Best thing to do is hair drier it to help and leave it at least half hour really before putting laquer on.

What are you painting.

on the front and back bumper there is a plastic strip where the paint is peeling off so im gunna spray it back to diablo red again try and make it looked abit better

bud i paint for a living just fine coats then touch a area your not going to mark ie masking paper round the area to see if its dry or not if it dont come off on your fingers and it looks dry then paint the red and the same goes with that and the same with the clear laquer

Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

Okay mate. Like Ollie says good prep work is where its at. The better you prep it the better it will look and will last longer too.
