RE: Should i go Jap

300bhp + fwd = a whole world of traction limited, torque steering wankness. *eurgh*

RE: Should i go Jap

Im first off getting it running on my F17 box, on standard 200bhp power. Soon as its all in running, bet getting modified hubs, F23 box, LSD...

Then get the boost up'd

C20LET can goto 450 FWD with LSD and there awesome fun!

A. I CANNOT believe that i have never seen Alans Onion Face Conversion...never even heard him mention it and im impressed!

B. Go Jap

C. 450 in a FWD Corsa is gonna be shit, the 220ish Astra VXR struggles as it is!

D. Go Jap

E. you may get 450 out the Z20...but how far is it gonna be pushed reliability wise? can you use that power every day?

F. Go Jap

G. The world is made up of 2 types of people, those who own and love jap cars, and those who wish they could/will do next/just need to see the light.

H. Ant - He is in his Jap owners "Running In" Period, he is already showing good signs though of being alowed his opinion i.e Loves dumping near people (Air thats is he dont shit in public), he sticks up for the rice at every oppertunity and has started moaning about fuel consumption

Hang in there Ant!

Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

RE: Should i go Jap

Nah im sticking to my plans.

We'll see what the outcome is, mate managed a 14.5 on stardard gsi engine 200bhp fwd in corsa-c, I drove it if you plant your foot hard in 2nd it trys to spin but TC clicked in. An had good tyres so didnt spin so much.

350bhp is reliable as most of the stuff was done at vxrperformance and 888racing

What are you talking about, IM rebuilding the engine etc, not being done by vxrperformance or 888 Icon_frown

All work to engine will be done by me, conversion carried out by me! Wiring done by me IF i can crack it.
