Hi there,

Need help identifying cable with their actual use; they all look quite similar in size so I don’t know where to plug them into the amp.
The kit contains the following:

• 10 Gauge Clear Red Power Cable
• 10 Gauge Black Ground Cable
• Clear Blue RCA
• 20 Gauge Speaker Cable
• 18 Gauge Blue Remote Turn-On Wire
• 1 ATC Fuse Holder with 30Amp Fuse
• Cable Ties
• Ring and Spade Terminals
• Butt Connectors

Please may you write a colour next to the appropriate cable (by looking at the attached photo), and the purpose of that cable, it should help me work out what to do with each cable??

RED CABLE = BATTERY +
BROWN CABLE = EARTH/NEGATIVE
THIN BLUE = AMP REMOTE "ON" (THIS GOES TO THE BLUE CABLE ON THE BACK OF YOUR HEADUNIT)
PINK CABLE WITH RED&WHITE CONNECTORS = RCA CABLES THESE GO TO YOUR HU AND THEN TO THE AMP

The brown cable, being the earth/negative, where do i plug that into????

Also the red cable which you say goes to the battery, it has a crimp connector on one end, does this end connect onto the battery??

where you from mate if you need a hand let me know im sure i can show you

the earth cable will run from the negative (-) on your amp to an earthing point in the boot of your car. it should be screwed down securely to a bare metal surface to make a good earth or it could cause problems later.

yes the red power cable does connect to your battery and the positive (+) connection on your amp.

tbh mate it sounds like your really struggling get someone to give you a hand. And like I said before not everything is serious . There is loads of guides around helping you on google
