I've been using 98 with fuel additive to boost the ron. Problem is they don't sell the stuff i use down here Icon_sad going to fine another one

Buy a scooby and you`ll soon tell the difference between octane levels and different companies fuels, mine runs best on v-power however has to make do with 2nd best (esso super)in the absence of any shell stations round here.Icon_sad

Well, with my old dirty diesel is was mapped to run on BP ultimate and it did seem alot smoother on that, just run like crap on most other things.

But going back to normal unleaded I just use 95RON for now, but when I get the car mapped I'll be looking into using higher octane fuel.

ive been using tesco 99ron not had any probs. have to go to chesterfield or worksop for that. although if i am passing another one and low will try a tank of summat else. although i dont like the sainsburys 97 seems to cough and spluter on the shite 97 they have
