i no 2.5 sounds more promising but the am gunna listen to ant and go with a 2.8 as youll be able to push more bhp out of it

Fair enough.
M50 inlet manifold, a decen induction system, some S52 cams (American eBay) and a remap and you're looking at over 220hp.

i seriously cant wait to go bmw i love them so much
maxfield if you going to shows with maxxd next year and you going on the stands if they let you ill go to a few aswell and come on stand if am allowed and get the tourers next to each other

You have two lads who have experience with bmw's giving you fantastic information and support and you still are not listening.
Maxfield - love your suggestion of buying cams on ebay.com .... lol i cant wait to see that engine die.
As for the treads coming out with the bolts... WTF!!! you should keep away from engines... that never happened to the four bmw's my auntie has owned and neither has if happened to M1kes.

when was the last time you removed a bolt form an engine? things like that DO happen.....
and whats wrong with buying cams from ebay? many reputable sellers sell top make cams such as kent and shrick on ebay.... just cos they are off ebay, doesnt make them bad
