Update...

Engine block painted, all sensors cleaned and replaced. Head painted and lifting kit has been cleaned and fitted. All mating faces have been lightly wet n dried with 800 grit to remove and corrosion or old gasket/sealant.

I am now waiting for my uprated cams to come back from Hiflow. Throttlebodies ECU etc should be here for Wednesday.

No pics this time though I am saving the pictorial update for when the engine is back together and I shall do a before and after.

Just finished in the garage about 20 minutes ago.

After tidiying up the garage and making some room to work, the 106 finally made it into the garage



So i set to work removing the battery, ecu, front wheels, bumper, head lights and radiator/fan.





I'm now ready to remove the front slam panel, but needed to drill two rivets that were holding me back and seeing as it was nearly midnight at this point i decided to call it a night and tool up

if u need a hand chopping things off im more than willing to chop up a pug.
