solid adjustable dog bone mount.

The mount when set up correctly can be used to hold the engine solidly without flex rotationally, leading to more precise gear changes and tighter engine.

Also it allows a certain degree of positioning of the engine to eliminate downpipe knocking and other clearance issues, again when setup for the individual car, It also gives a nice slagtastic chassis vibration on idle!

You changing the top mounts to something a little more solid as well ?

I know especially on the 172/182 if you change the dog bone mount to something more solid it puts more strain on the standard top mounts and rips them to pieces very quickly..

I say go solid all round :boogy:

Peugeot 306 1.9 DT - Crashed
Peugeot 306 1.9 DT - Sold
Peugeot 106 Rallye S2 - Slagged, Tracked Then Sold
Renault Clio RenaultSport 2.0 - Tracked Then Sold
Seat Leon FR - Broke down after 3,000 miles!! German Crap! French stuff never broke down !
