Maxxd Members Recommended Retailers
I thought it would be a good idea to list the car related retailers that we've had good experiences of. I know that some of you will disagree on certain shops, so I want to put that in as well. We've had so many posts where everyone recommends a list of places for a product, so i thought we should put them all together. If you've had a good experience with a shop, i want to put you down as a reference & the same for bad.

for example (made up non-car related)

Fast Food

Company & Location - Bob's Burgers - Mansfield
Contact - 01623 111111 or burgers@bobsburgers.com
Recommended by - Newth, Olstar, Alanman, HJ
Problems - Ant, Matty, Jess

Company & Location - The Pie House - Matlock
Contact - 01623 111111 or pie@piehouse.com
Recommended by - Newth, Olstar, Alanman, HJ
Problems - Ant, Matty, Jess

Company & Location - Pizza Online - Internet
Contact - order@pizza.com
Recommended by - Newth, Olstar, Alanman, HJ
Problems - Ant, Matty, Jess

clearly it will take a while to set up, but everyone can post in the thread & the list can be updated whenever someone does. If the list is kept at the start of the thread, you have a good reference point for member recommended services. it could cover insurance, ICE, MOT, tires, tuning, whatever catagories you want to recommend.
what's everyones thoughts? waste of time or good idea?

I use 2 people for MOTs. What if they're both unavailable?
I wouldn't know where to turn.
