got woke this morning at 1am by next door to find some scum bag had smashed the back window on one of my cars i have for sale!luckly they saw the little scum bags and gave me a discription of them this was sent to mansfield nick who sent a car out, but because the little scum fuck were not around they decided it was too much work for them to look around for them more than 10 mins so they fucked off back to the nick,so i went out to look for the little fucks myself and fuck me who was just down the road near rock hill but the 5 little fuckers who had just smashed my window,as soon as they seen me coming towards them with my trusty cracker bar they decided to split nether the less i lost the little fucks! cant chase 5 on my own,so i went home and got in my van so they wouldnt know it was me,in the mean time the cheeky little twats went to the police station and report me for threatening the with a bar!anyway i went back out in the van to see if i could catch the little shits, and guess what i got two of the little twats walking up southwall road at this time i was seeing red with the police doing sweet fuck all!so i got out collerd the little twats and a bit more!rang the police why the little scum bags was at the side of me so the usless twats could come a pick them up!and guess what? the plod on the other side of the phone said because the little fucks had put a complaint in about me threatning them with my trusty cracker bar earlyer when i chased them i had got to let them go or they were going to come and arrest me!(what about the little scum bags that had just smashed my window!) no too much hard work for them to come and arrest them!much easyer for them to come and fetch me for threatning the little fucks!which wouldnt of happened in the first place if the tossers had done there job!more concerned in getting back to the nick so they dont miss there tea break! anyway im 100 pounds out of pocket for the car window and the little twats who smashed my window are laughing and free to do it again to some other poor sod! theres no wounder people take the law into there own hands because the police are prepared to do sweet fuck all!

BY the sounds of it matey, there no actual evidence that it was them who did it, besides the description given by your neighbour, and that won't stand up in court. They most likley couldn't be arsed to nick them becasue they knew that the CPS would throw it out.

It isn't neccessarily the plod's fault, its the shitty British legal system that makes it impossible to punish criminals.

bit of luck. one of the kids next door goes to school with one of the lads they seen smash the window so i know were one of them live! had a drive by there house earlyer,looks like they have i thing for smashing glass because three of there windows were boarded up!

The police are useless fuckwits that scrounge all our good tax money. By law if you see someone breaking the law you have the right to detain 1 person for the police to come and take them away. You do not have the power to detain more than 1 person. You need evidence that the person you detain did the crime, if there is more than 1 and you dont see the culpret you cannot detain them and you are commiting a crime of kidnapping. If you do detain 1 then you should (as quoted by an officer from Mansfield Police) "Dispose of the little twats how you want, Just dont let us know." So if you do catch someone commiting a crime and you can handle them take them down the woods, Douse them in petrol and set fire to them as it has been okayed by the police
