KA help needed.
Don't know if anyone will be able to help me with this but im gonna ask anyways, on friday after work my steering went really heavy so i thought something was up with one of my tyres, but they were fine and its still really heavy and killing my arms, and it doesnt straighten up my wheels and just sticks and i have to really use force to turn the wheel. any ideas?

Do you have power steering? If so, check the fluid level under the bonnet. Look for a bottle with a symbol like a steering wheel on the lid.

Could be you have a fluid drop - if so, refill it. Any leaks on the floor? If you find anything it could be you have a fluid leak from the pipes/rack/pump in the system.

If it doesn't I would suggest you stop off at a garage and get the steering rack and arms checked.

mine has power steering but cuts out on corners sometimes and goes REALLY REALLY heavy, no idea though what yours could be, you could maybe ask at a garage so then you'll know and you could repair it cheaper yourself.

Ford Ka Olly!!
This is a common problem on them, go to the Ford Garage and they will sort this out for you. Simular happened on my old puma, it was as simple, they had to replace a pipe and it was all sorted.

Get it looked at soon as possible as you may not be able to turn one day!
