Well yeah I don't think it's bad for £1500 considering anything that wasn't major that would need doing could be fixed in a heartbeat.

I do like Number 2 better though and it's £500 cheaper, just wondering if it's cheaper because there is something wrong with it, or just Number 1 is over-priced, or he wants a quick sale etc. etc.
