My advice is do what ya want to it now whilst its running ok-just do it before it breaks
 at least then if it does break will still look cool on ya drive-im being serious lost 5th gear on mine at 33,000mile were gettin ready for a clutch they always either want flywheel skimming or a new one if had some right hammer so had a lightened one bk in £1400 quid later it were sound, however that were remap/mods money so werent that happy really,if/when ya can afford to just do it, some scoobys are ok but trust me theres some right money pits out there.I always have this dilemma between how expensive and crap they can be "sometimes" but how well they drive.
