They only have 6 months to send you your summons to court out though, if it has been more than 6 months they can't do anything. Plus I don't think yours would be as serious seeing as you were only the passenger of my car for one of them.

he drives a blue saxo 1.1 now, used to have a corsa. he doesnt really race either tbh

I know but i've got one and I wasn't even racing, Shane got a second one for just being a passenger in my car.
When we drove back from Donny, I got pulled on the way home and questioned about why I was up J27 earlier that evening when i've got an injuction when all I was doing was driving through to get home.
I have never agreed with it, if you actually read it it consists of excessive noise etc. my mum and dad both had Harley Davidson's with stoooopid exhausts on and when they had Harley meets there was 100+ bikes convoying down roads, but what the police did for them was close the road and police escort them to where they were going!
It's the reputation "boy racers" have accumilated over the years. Maybe he was racing, maybe he wasn't, either way it doesn't matter 'cos in the law's eyes he was doing wrong and you will very rarely beat them.
