That isn't a lie, read it. It says when I was coming back from Donny, not when I originally got the injunction. Yes I went round twice then 'cos I appeared to have a 5 year old in the back of my car lol but I never once broke the speed limit or drove dangerously, and he pulled me whilst we were heading back to Mansfield.

And then what he wrote in the statement was complete bull aswell.

Technically we'll never know as we wern't there. But Shane was doing no wrong the second time and he could face an unlimited fine and upto 2 years in prison.

Ahh well we'll just wait and see. Roll on June 2009.

Makes me laugh when they say they started a ban on "Boy Racers" since when was racing on the streets ever legal?? I agree with people dicking about getting pulled, but not for just driving round. As for the noise thing, my cars pretty loud and I've never been pulled for that. Infact I've only ever been pulled twice in the Impreza, once for plates and once because the officer thought I was the white Impreza he was trying to chase, but got wasted by lol. Wonder who else used to have a white Impreza hmmmm.

If your up at J27 and the law decides to give you one in the ass. Don't complain.

You sure chap ive been goin up mansfield 15yr at least an the racin up town were definately a problem then but no cameras and not enough police meant happy days,dont go up to race anymore just to see me mates its just out of routine more than any good these days for me.

Before mansfield used to go up chesterfield used to be a right scream up there again before cameras and them closing half the circuit,at that time were some really good drivers up there-for the 2faced ppl on here that say theyve never started with an average car and raced at some time or other i dont believe ya-i dont honestly believe anyone on here or any other car forums not raced on a public road at some time or other.(only started coming up mansfield after some of the chesterfield lot said ya should go up)like i say this`d be 16/17yr ago, were there racing in notts then???

Maybe folk from my era are responsible for the aggro you lot suffer these days but personally i were there an it were great

Think most of the problems up town these days are actually caused by excessive noise pissing residents off more than racing as ppl know generally its not worth it in town.

After a 1st time you don't give them an excuse by being there a second - end of. Everybody knows they shouldn't be up at 27 but they go...if you already have an injunction and go up then you are an ass....regardless of whether you are behaving or not.

And if the guy in the article was driving like a tool then he deserves everything he's got..if after being formerly warned about it he carried on?? Moron.

Yes it may very well get extended but in June 2009 it's off your name and you'd have to get another one for it to be registered as such again.

I wanna be a copper and something as small as this could stop me until it does come off my name in 09. I'm not saying it's not my own fault but if it applies to "boy racers" it should apply to all. If there were to be a 50 car convoy of 4 x 4 discoverys or something I doubt they'd get stopped.
