It only take ONE person to "upset" the jobsworth ones for him to change his attitude very quickly.
More than likely the dick that upset him will morethan likely get away scott free.

this is rubbish.........as when parked in the car park the land is owned by the shops around (provided its not a council car park) therefore you are not on public land or highway, so the only people who can remove you are the land owners themselves (or police ONLY IF requested by the land owner). Insurance etc is not valid in car parks as its not a highway......
to hard to police fairly and like above its up to the copper on the day...... most of them hate us for the actions of the stupid few..... so we are all gunna get some grief over this........ I feel a serious bout of anarcy comin on

I think I'm right in saying that its ALWAYS been against the the law for more than 5 or more people to meet/gather in a public place without proper permission-IE an organised peaceful demonstration
And causing nuisance/danger with a motor vehicle is covered by a "section 59?" or ASBO
So heres my sensible questions for the freindly maxxd officer-
whats the aim of this new injuction?
and whats the difference with the new injuction and the existing laws??

THATS IT!
LSOM's, wednesday meets, and convoysa to shows ARE FINE!
AS LONG AS NOONE IS BEING A PRICK ON THE WAY!
We got told that it was brought in to push the problem elsewhere...

So why can't people be charged with existing laws that relate to anti social behavior and traffic offences?
Sorry to sound so cynical but the whole thing does wiff abit like a PR exercise to me

I go out nearly every night around the town center, a lot of maxxd members do the same, just to meet up with mates after work etc and for something to do, so if a few of us decide to park up, even if were behaving, we get in the shit to! Got told last night by an officer, that because there were only 4 of us parked up, we were okay. We all had engines off, no music on, just all talking. Then another mate arrived, again no music, pulled up along side us and the officer explained we had to move on, but he made 3 of us go, then the other 2 a few mins later! its getting stupid, why not concentrate on the ones actualy racing around? There not hard to find!
