Shane's in with me because he paid for the ticket, so you'll have to grab a lift with someone else.

You don't need to buy a ticket as a passenger Olly. If you can bunk a lift of anyone on the list, its free entry for passengers.

RE: Hull Motor Show 2008
Hi all, I have been asked for the park/show guidelines by a couple of clubs to put on their websites, so I thought I’d do the same on all the club sites attending. Please abide by these guidelines. Any questions please ask….
*********************************************************************
Whilst within the grounds of East Park, please observe the following rules:
Please stick to the speed limit of 5mph. Remember it is a park and there may be children running onto the road.
When driving onto the grass please take care. Sharp acceleration and braking can damage the grass.
All vehicles that are taking part in the show must be in place by 9am. Once your vehicle is in place for the show, please do NOT move it before the end of the show (unless by prior arrangement). There is strictly NO ENTRY to the showground after 10am.
Please have your clubstand pass to hand when entering the showground, and keep it on display if you want your vehicle to be judged in the day’s competitions.
There is a strict ‘NO ALCOHOL’ policy on the day of the show. Also no Bar-B-Q’s are allowed in the park.
Please be responsible when playing music. This is a family show so no content that may offend others. We understand that music will be played quite loud, but please not SO loud as to upset your neighbouring clubs.
Please be responsible with litter, broken bottles, discarded plastic bags etc. Discarded plastic bags and bottles can kill or harm the local wildlife. There will be plenty of rubbish bins provided on the day, please use them.
Please respect other park users. They may not enjoy similar things to you but they have the same rights to enjoy the Park.
Please listen to and respect the park staff / event staff. They are there to ensure this event runs as smoothly as possible.
ENJOY YOURSELF, ENJOY YOUR DAY, ENJOY THE PARK
*********************************************************************
we now have 490 paid/confirmed vehicles for HMS2008...
thanks for your continued support, see you all there..

RE: Hull Motor Show 2008
Convoy / Meeting point has been decided as McDs on Ollerton roundabout due to possible problems with the M1. I have done the maps.google.co.uk route and it shows 71 miles from Ollerton and about 1h 20m. Its not too bad to get to, but if anyone is worried then it might be worth printing off yourself. I cannot find the postcode though so if anyone can, that would be great, then we can follow someone's sat nav.
google directions - ollerton to east park hull
So.......
Convoy / meeting point
Ollerton McDs for breakfast to leave there at 7.00am (sorry)
p.s.
If anyone wants to come and they havn't got a ticket, you can still come for the crack. Either jump in with someone on the list or if you come in you own car there is a public parking area. Its free to get in a a passenger or general public. Bare in mind it for charity though, a couple of quid on the raffle would be a nice jesture.

RE: Hull Motor Show 2008
Do you think leaving at 7:30 is leaving it a bit late ? It says we need to be in place by 9:00
