i love drifting like the next person but i cant actually c wat these muppets r trying to do

I really dont understand these..
I think the point of what they are doing IS to actually crash!
a) they are in FWD cars
b) they are going in a striaght line and then yanking the steering wheel left or right as hard as they can
c) they aint driftin!!

pointless, do they not know how to HALL ASS when you've got an out of control car spinning towards you, oh ill just stroll away while parts are flying past my ears. ive seen them doing this on there motorways on youtube..... NOT clever. you can't call that drifting.
