deep key scratch
hello, what is the best stuff to get rid off deep scratched done by a c*** with a key, its a white car and the scratch has gone right to to 1st primer, ive tried some stuff called quixx with hasnt done much ive just tried some t-cut stuff which has lightened it a bit but still a nasty 1, can any1 else recommend some thing that will get rid of it?

Aye, if it's down to the primer then you'll need to repaint it, even if u just use a line of paint down the scratch to hide it it'll take the edge off it for you.

easy realy,
get a touch up pen, go over it with that let it dry then do it the next day so het the touched up area has time to sink,
then use wet dry sand paper and flatten the touch up, followed by a buffing
this will cost you about a tenner at the most and will give as good results as a respray, having a respray for such damsge would be plain crazy trange:

u got 3 options.
Try and do it yourself and risk fucking the lot up
Get a mobile guy to do it and not get a 100% job done
or get a bodyshop to do it for you get a good job but pay more for it
It all depends on budget
Ive used a mobile guy a few times on various cars and ive seen some really realy good results but ive also seen some shit results he normaly charges about £80 per panel
