Correct amp to power subs
Iv just bought 2 sony xplod 1200 watt subs, and a 1500 watt 4 channel amp. Will the amp be powerful enough to power them both, or should i get something bigger? Cheers all

it will run them but i wouldnt expect super loud bass just stick with what youve got and save money and do it all properly then you not keep changing equipment cos your not happy with what you got.save up min £400 and get yourself to source and see what they can do for that price dude!

2400W of what? peak? peak to peak? rms? at what impedence?
Probly 2400W peak to peak at 1 ohm single chanel which is 849W rms or 424.5W rms per paired channel
pretty sure thats gonna be about 106W rms per channel into 4ohm subs
htid Snapper
