RE: bonnet raisers....

Escorts can get away with them easily. We talked about rasiers on 106owners and the concensus on there that unless you had an RST or TB's leave them off.

RE: bonnet raisers....

We're doing it for the look if we're honest, but the engine does get hot and having no bonnet vents it cant do it any harm either. Its like opening a hot hoven when you open BigCab© bonnet, you get a rush of hot air.

RE: bonnet raisers....

well ive got some now anyways...

i could of gone and got the bits myself but didnt want to feck it up so some lad on sax-p is selling them for a tenner on ebay posted but sold em me for 8 quid posted..

will have to see what it looks like afterall i can take em off pretty easy...

alanman thats why i wanted them to let some hot air out especially as it will reduce any heat soak cause with the open induction i have on the car...

but they do look good on rst's etc but will try it on the saxo lol

RE: bonnet raisers....

I've seen the £6 ones and probable will get them.

But we WILL be getting some of these but they're a bit expensive for now.

That why we're going for the £6 (or make some lol) ones for now and if we like the look THEN we'll chuck £30 at it.
