Best wax/polish for wheels to keep them easy to clean?

As title says, please post your suggestions

Will be needing some for when my new wheels come so I can keep them clean and shiny for longer.

This subjest is all over the DC5 forums where white wheels cause nightmares to keep clean. There really is now product better than another although the general concensus is polishing with a decent polish will repel brake dust and dirt that little bit longer.

LeeWestwood & Troy for mod, we'd sort this site out Icon_smile

Auto Glym have just released a "Custom wheel cleaner" to there range itss for wheels that have been painted chromed anodised polished etc

Team it up with Auto Glym Alloy Wheel Seal and that should work

As they are effectivly painted you could use normal polish or if you look in the FAO matty thread then Smartwax do a Rim Wax you could give a bash

When I went to Motorsport wheels in Leeds the chap basically told me that you wouldn't use wheel cleaners on your paintwork so why use it on your painted wheels. He said wash them as you would wash bodywork and clean and polish them in the same way.
