Astra MK4 Body Kit / Fitting Help..

Hi,

I have just purchased an Astra MK4 SXI 5DR Hatchback 52REG

Its currently standard but im looking to do some modifications although I dont want to go over the top.

I have been looking at certain kits however im unsure if I should go with the Imscher kit that connects to the lower lip of the standard front and rear bumpers

Or go for a full kit, I have been looking on eBay at different kits and have found some nice looking kits however im unsure about buying one from eBay I think I would rather goto a body shop where I can see something upfront and not via a picture.

Has anyone purchased a kit off ebay?

Also the thing with kits on ebay they come primed only and im unsure how much a kit would cost to have sprayed (Black) and Fitted? Any Ideas?

I have been searching the internet but unsure who has a good reputation vs prices etc..

Thanks In Advance.

Hey there,
as another astra owner, ive looked as well for body kits. going to shows and meets is good to see how they are in person, but i find http://www.stxstyling.co.uk/StxStyling/Cars/Vauxhall-Astra-Mk4.php
good for images.

As for fitting, id reckon mend body and tuning in mansfield for there quality. but im sure there will be other places with different prices and quality.

try maxxdirectory http://www.maxxdirectory.com/

Id love to see some images of your car matey, please post some up on the forum

Excellent Thanks,

I will take some before and after pictures next week,

I have some alloys and small mods arriving, then it will just be an exhaust and body kit to choose.

Also have alot of ICE to go into the car Icon_wink

I find a good place for bodykits is http://potn.co.uk bit expensive on some parts but well worth it mate! if you don't wanna go over the top why not buy some splitters? completely your choice mate, worth checking that website out though, they sell everything Icon_smile
