Yup, i sold it a few week ago

i didn't get the price i wanted but i've got other things to think of, i've now bought this :eyes:


but its mainly for moni to learn in and plus i need a cheep car to run so i can pay for this


yup i'm in the process off sorting a mortgage out, so im gutted i've lost my car but im thinkin of my future, and you never know i may get another Rex when i've sorted things out!
very grown up. good thinking and a great learner car for your gf.

get ont he property ladder now before it gets impossible.

we got told that at natwest... that me n mike would need to have a 40 year mortgage to keep the monthly payments low.

Snap we managed to re-mortgage just before the last hick, fixed for 5 years please.

Can you imagine having a mortgage for 40 years !!!!

I would try northen rock there really good on rates and very good at not sending you crap through the post all the time.

But i hear if you have problems paying them they attack like wild dogs lol
mortgage is with halifax, i've had it 2 years with my ex GF and the fixed 2 years finish end of this month and i can't seem to sell it so i gotta take it on my self! and im gonna fix it 2 years again

monica hates pink! in fact i like pink more than her! i sometimes think whos the man of this relationship. lol

40 years :O crikey.

Managed to fix my mortgage at 4.9% for 5 years on a 25 year morgage before the rates started rising.

On the car front its suprising how quick you get used to paying out large sums everymonth. I remember before i signed the papers thinking that was the end of my life and I would never beable to afford to do anything, but have since moving in 8 months ago been on 2 holidays, have another booked and bought a new motorbike lol.......and we still eat out alot and buy a fair amount of clothes which we thought would have to stop almost entirely.

yup i heard that!, but i've now been told the guy who bought it off me (has the lilac cilica with the kingdom kit, Rooster) has now sold it, he said he couldn't handle the rear end and got rid
