As some of you might remember D's clio got hit and it broke the front bumper, so ive had the job of re-building it with a few little mods

Started like this.



Cut the centre out along with blanking plates next to the foglights to put a cold air feed into one.


Removed all the broken area, patched it up with a peice of bumper i had laying around and some fibreglass putty.



Built the holder for the air feed and fibreglassed some holes up.


Fillered it up, sanded it down with 120grid and worked down to 600grid.


Few layers of Primer.


Then some 449 Renault blue finished with clear lacquer.


And because im nice touched up the old plastic foglight holders.


Just needs a good going over with buffer and will be ready

Got a bonnet and 2 wings to do yet.

oh yeah, then the roof rails.....??

followed by a solonoid for boot release.....
