Nissan's supercar is unveiled

We've waited years for the moment and it finally arrived.

Nissan surprised even the most hardened of petrolheads at Goodwood's Festival of Speed on Saturday by unveiling the brand new Skyline.

Despite still being lightly covered at the front and rear there was no mistaking the Jap icon as it's new V8 gurgled past shocked onlookers.

And despite adding heaps more horsepower and luxury the great news is that Nissan have managed to keep the dimensions down, creating a car that looks and sounds like a proper supercar.

apart from arse end, I would have said 350z?!?

It is a good looking car tough amd undoubtedly a monster!

I have seen this before somewhere? Possibly Topgear site or something? Its a nice car, shares alot of looks with the 350Z.

Current prices: $60-70,000 !

I wonder if we will be seeing one anytime soon ?

no doubt they'll get used as executive company cars, like new scoobys!

From what I've read there supposed to be every bit as brilliant as the R34, it's just a shame that the RB26 engine didn't live on. No doubt the new V8 will be quick, but it's going to be very hard to beat the 1200bhp potential of the RB series.

Might see if I can blag a test drive if they get released over here! "What do you mean you don't know who I am?!! Yeah that's right, I'm an actor, I'm in loads of stuff in England now gimme the keys!"

I don't think £30 - £35k is bad thoguh concidering what you'd get for your money?!?
