Well here we go i think it's about time i started my own project thread. I've had the car about 8months now it's a Corsa sxi 16v.

This is how it was when i brought it, no mods at all everything standard.



First thing was to de-badge the boot, then i decided to treat her and buy some new alloys, remove the side door strips and then lower her by 40mm at the front and 30mm rear.

This is how it looks at the moment.





Thats all the work i've done so far but i've got a little bit more money to spend on her what do you think should be done? And what's your thoughts so far?

I've just brought some new angel headlights, sub, amp and dvd/cd player. I'll get the pics uploaded when they are fitted.

How old are you, any future plans to do engine work like my log?
1.2 with dbilas turbo conversion? maybe drop a corsa VXR engine in it or a Z20LET

Only 19 mate so doubt it at the minute because if insuring it, but if i keep it long enough then probably will in the future.

At the minute im trying to concentrate on exterior mods but i've ran out of ideas lol any thoughts anyone?

Front splitter, maybe a prefacelift rear bumper, as i like them better maybe SRi mirrors!

Im 19 and mines a 1.8 soon to be supercharged, what are you paying insurance?

I'm paying ?1300 with Norwich Union and i've got no points either but it's still through the roof IMO

Mines 1400 for a 1.8 with 3 points and havent even had my license a year

Just thought i'd post a quick update, i've now got the new HU installed along with the kenwood sub n amp. Also got the angel headlights put on.

And tomorrow im getting the rear windows tinted at 35%.

I'll post pics tomorrow after the work as been done.

You thought about some SRi Mirrors like mine?
What about SRi lower cross hatch grilles? Irmscher Grille? Irmscher Twin round Backbox? Smoothed bump strips?
