what youve got to remember is that the refinerys bought the oil at higher price and need to get rid of that first before they reduce the price on fuel and pass the lower cost on.
oil companies have been keeping the price up as the cost of fuel should of actually dropped by 3% already before this drop in oil prices, so hopefully the greedy bastards at BP shell etc realise this.
