Took car yesterday for M.O.T and it failed on the emission test. They said i got too much Carbonmonoxide, so I was wondering what can be done to reduce it.
Re - test is on Tuesday so all comments and advise are welcome.

Its a 1997 Hyundai Accent MVi. Plus I would to do a service but my budget is tied at the moment
ya stuffed then mate, theres no cheating way
i cant see a service kit if your doing it yourself costing that much in all honesty
air oil and plugs and an engine flush
prob cost you under £30 quid if you did it yourself

What I did was fill the car up with Shell Super Unleaded together with Redex, drove it for few miles and I managed to clear the carbon monoxide.
