Tonights update is just a small one.

Did a couple of cosmetic changes today, after visiting the scrappy this morning.

Heres a before picture of the bay with the crappy fuse box

after

Changed the fuel cut off switch to have the later red coloured button.

Also, change the power steering bottle for a really clean one i came across this morning

bloody hell i did not think the sacks had any left in them lol

thanks Icon_smile

Bumper refitted today along with passenger headlight (put inside lense back in - previously removed for cold air feed)

Resprayed mesh on front bumper and towing eye.

But.....<drum roll>

The wheels ARE now back on and it can be moved!!!

All thats left to do now is

TB conversion
Drivers headlight (fuel line electrics run inside inner wing so couldn't refit today)
Fill with fluids - oil / water / gearbox
Mapping of ECU
Running in
Bloody good clean
although it looks fooking sweet on the pics they just dont do justice to the time/work or the look in the flesh
yeah, just like to say thanks to nez for the work he's done on the engine. Absolubtley spot on Icon_smile

I'll be giving you a ring when the TB's arrive mate if thats ok?
can u not get the car on the road now so u can start running on the engine until your ITB's arrive
no worries father, give me a ring dude no prob

I see what you saying, that idea has passed through my mind.

According to the data sheet on the cams, they won't run on std injection.

It also means me putting the whole engine part of the loom back on, just to take it off again.

Just had a phonecall from spoox...

They have recevied all the omex stuff and are shipping it to me next day via TNT

So that will be :

ECU
pressure reg
Wiring harness
Rev limiter / launch control
Software
+ other stuff i can't think of right now

I can be cracking on with that whilst i wait for the TB's and the manifold from Jenvey.
