Right New Concept, something for you to get your teeth into......

Im going to start a series of threads, Eventually after an initial Trial period hopefully have there own forum.

The Basis is simple.

Im Going to Pose a Question, it will be something to do with cars/modifications/the scene/products ect, all you have to do is give YOUR opinion

Example:

Maxxd Asks: Enter Question here

All you have to do is answer with your opinion, Simple!

However...

You Get 1 post and 1 post ONLY, its not an argument against everyone else its 1 post to reccomed/give your answer, explain why and add any further detail and thats it. No commenting on others views, or getting into arguments just 1 post with YOUR opinion.

I will add some in the mix that say "Discuss" on the end that is your Invite to discuss the topic and ONLY the topic not personal wars/attacks.

I will put up the first question soon, write your answer post it up and we should have a nice archive of FAQ's and Information.

Oh Discuss the Idea here if you like!
Great idea Ollie ... get it sorted
Ain't this the typical idea of an internet forum?
hmmm about 40 different ways/methods of doing things from which someone who`s never attempted it has gotta deduct the best way-think modifications wise this could be a good laugh.

So which will be the right way and who has the infinite wisdom on every car manufacturers variations to decide.

Ie how to lower a car-reach for angle grinder jack car up-without removing spring drop a few coils off etc etc lol, lets face it its open to all sorts of piss takin but if ya really are new to any kind of modification and others in the know cant comment on others views beit right or wrong-who`s to put em right on what to do.

lets face it the lads in the know on here could have a right laugh challenging the moderators knowledge across various manufacturers they may never have had dealings with-gonna be alot of searching and adding links for someone Icon_cheesygrinIcon_lol.

True Story
On a forum like this youre only ever gonna get generalisations as its not a model/manufacturer specific site,i`m gonna assume most of us on here are members on other model/manufacturer specific sites where mods wise youre alot better off following their advice than getting half the story on here(coz to be honest you`ll end up on them sites anyway in the end to sort stuff out if the advice here is vague)
True.

I don't come on here for advice about my ka, I go on the ka forums as there isn't many ka owners on here. I'm pretty sure most do the same.

I come on here for advice about new mods etc. but I also do this on ka forums, even more so nowadays aswell.
Should be quite interesting this, sounds like a good idea. A year or so back I used to try and go in depth to answer technical questions and help folk out with stuff but I don't bother so much now. People sometimes don't like it when they don't read what they want to read, or it's branded "boring" or something.
Its ok lee if ya trust or know the persons good with cars but lets face it im sure you know ppl ya definately wouldnt want advice off,in theory yer agree for ppl who want to have a go at stuff themselves giving them an idea of how to go about its good-so long as the advice is good in the first place.
Yeah too true mate, I'd never dream of giving out duff advice though myself. I think people have a good idea of who does and doesn't know their onions about motors though.
lol newbies wont,an will this cause arguments bearing in mind whose advice ya may want an whose ya wouldnt pmsl-just tryin to look a bit further into this an be realistic, remember just because ya cant comment in the actual thread dont mean comments wont float about in others-ya know how random it gets sometimes.
