Teddy's car looked awesome tonight at ed. We gave it a good clean and quick detail at work to protect the new paint. The new white paint and rims set the car off a treat. We used Teddy's zymol shampoo, ag polish (not sure which, ollie?), some of the smart sealent and then a coat of ag hd wax. Oh and we also clayed the paint as after ollie tried on a small patch we could hear/feel overspray. I'll post some pics up tomorrow when i get them off the camera.
Thanks to Ollie and Smithy for doing my car and showing me what products do what.

Here are a couple of pics I took:

the ibiza looks the bollocks now mate, such a difference! well done.
Considering it had Just been painted, the overspray was minimal, but there none the less nothing a couple of clay bars didnt sort

Polish was AG Super Resin, Smart Sealant over the top followed by Smithy doing a coat of HD

The pics dont do it justice to be fair the paintjob is spot on, and the reflections in the "Detailing Booth" are awesome - get em of the camera smith!

Top work teddy, car looks 100 times better so glad your ditching the fairly liquid now you have seen the results of a few hours graft!

I enjoyed it too...i usually hate working with white cars!
Currently lookin up AG HD wax to purchase as well as the AG Extra Gloss protection and a clay bar. Any recommendations for a clay bar? Got plenty of AG Super Resin to use Icon_smile
sonus or megs for clay bar mate Icon_biggrin oooooooooooo looks shiny Icon_cool
megs claybar kit

you get the quick detailer as a lube and a free microfibre.
Why all the Auto Glym stuff mate? There's much better available for similar or less money.

For me sonus green its a finer clay, otherwise that shine you`ve built up will go the same way as the contamination in ya paint ....with the clayIcon_cheesygrin

If its a money thing then its up to you guys but from a shine/finish perspective you`d be better with a product that`l strip less wax each time its used. Icon_cool

only recommend it to ppl with either recently sprayed or mint cars as they are-an aggressive clays just not needed.

Ive just recently bought some sonus green and sonus glyde clay lubricant, got me favourite polishes/waxes so gonna hit mine with a few products this wkend/possibly next, depends on weather TBH

Wont put a thread up though, i see most of ya in town at some point usually anyway.
