have you checked for air leaks before you go mad changing parts?
vacuum pipes from throttle housing to inlet manifold are common to block on those and that throws emissions crazy
what p code was stored for the lambda
if your looking at the voltage of the o2 it should be switching and not constant like this

Hey.
P0130 Sensor tested fine.
Constant voltage as per page 1.
I cant repair the ECU at work as its a sealed unit i dont want to pull it open and it not go back together, because at its current state the car can move! starts etc etc.
So im leaving it on my drive untill i got new engine sorted, driving to my mates and getting the new engine in.
