Looks like we're making a full day of it so I recon early afternoon set off. 1.30pm / 2.00pm. Googlemap says 92 miles and just over 2 hours from Creswell. That'll give us a few hours to do seaside stuff and get a mega icecream before rolling to the cruise.
We'll probably need a second convoy later on in the day for those that can't do a full day. But we need this to be not much later than 5pm ideally.
It would be nice for both parties to meet up and go to the cruise venue as one group. It gets really busy so if we want to be all together we need to be there earlyish. Maybe take the banners and make an effort.
There's not much organising with this other than we need to decide on 2 convoy times / places and then its a matter of just bumping it up and reminding people.
So...
Whos going and when, afternoon or evening?
Then we can decide when and where we're all meeting.
