car = 175mph.....F360 sypder with top down.......on the brunters 2m straight
alot slower than that on a public road but only because I have never really had a fast enough car
lol

127 out of the works van (VW Transporter) on the Autobahn!!
103 out of the works Sprinter fully laden - again on the 'bahn.
My car at a 'secret' location - a convoy of 15 of us all at 115 - not 'that' fast but being in a convoy that size made it a lot more fun!!
Had an CBR400 just about on the limiter in top gear - no idea what speed was as I was fooking terrified and didnt dare look down!!! Must have been fast though!!
Been at 130 knots in a Gazelle (helicopter!!)...not sure what that equates to in mph.. i think the figure is slightly higher in mph?!

173mph in a Jaguar XJ13 replica.
At the time the only one in existence going down some wicked dual carriageway south of Tamworth. We were en route to MIRA proving ground to do a feature for Performance Car magazine and the owner (a friends dad) was sat next to me telling me to 'stop being a pussy'.

Prior to this I was driving the 'then new' Rover 220 Tomcat while the press photographer hung out of the roof taking pictures of the XJ13.
TBH I was shitting myself. No power steering, no roof (cool) and 50's/60's technology. Driving one mans lifes work and knowing I could never ever afford to fix it if I broke it.
I'll never forget it though - the noise was AWESOME
