now dont we all hate the inside of wheels gathering brake dust and all the crap a wheel collects off the roads. well heres the answer to get it all off, Meguiars wheel brightener.

now i used it on the wheels for the pug before they were sprayed but today i bought some standard alloys for the beemer whilst the 17's are refurbed. they were a bit dingy and had loads of brake dust. i forgot to take a pic completely before but heres one part way through and the final pic when nice and clean.

in comparison to the normal meguiars hot rims at around £8 for 710ml, the wheel brightener is £17.99 for 1 gallon of the stuff and they recommend a 4:1 (water:brightener) dilution.

all in all i really rate this product and with a gallon of it, it should last a while.
looks like good stuff nice one
i could do with some of that stuff on mine they are a right mess !

vicky xxx
but lets be honest you wouldnt spend £18 and have no intention of cleaing your car haha

looks like it did a goood job mike, how des it work? do you just add it with warm water and scrub off? if so was it hard scrubbbing or did it falll offf?

where you get it from?
al u have to squirt it on the wheels whislt they are dry and leave for a minute. what i do then is get a bucket of warm soapy water (megs nxt car shampoo) and give it a wipe round with a sponge. most of the loose stuff rinses off but the baked on stuff usually needs another spray over with the brightener, then its a case of repeat again with the wash off. then i just keep scrubbing with the sponge and washing with soapy water till clean then rinse of with hosepipe.

i bought this from http://www.elitecarcare.co.uk
seems good stuff,

i have to use the rest of my autoglym clean wheels, i swear by that tbh really does an amzing job...
