going from spec it should be a stage 2 chip and i'd ask him what the T28 was off to make sure it is what he says.
says nothing about boost control or a change of plugs to cope with the higher power so maybe a few questions would be better before you consider swapping.

I wouldnt bother to be honest looks a right shitter-who sprays a car a completely different colour then dont do the door shuts-hardly gonna be a great paint job-up to you but personally wouldnt bother,i always think if ya cant be arsed to do the obvious stuff what else havent they been arsed to do.
