Protected on the inside by a single strand of Kevlar and on the outside by a transluscent casing of 100% silicone is an ultralow resistance Aramid fiber core. (Maximum voltage of 60,000 volts and ultra low resistance of 5.6k Ohms/m.)
The Ferro Magnetic layer is wound with stainless steel spiral windings to suppress HT spark emissions from interfering with sensitive electronics.
Temperature range: -40 to +220C.
In good condition except one lead where the rubber at the very bottom has a small split in it, i never did anything about it as its bast the weather seal so not a problem but could be glued.. to be honest i didnt notice for 6 months !
As seen here (their darker blue in real life):

Picture of the tear in one..

Like i say the seal is at the top so i have never worried about it
