iirc you said your 306 would beat widdo down the strip? what happaned there then?

lol i was hoping it would... me and mike pushed it as much as we could ... im happy with the time we got to say it was mine and mieks first time hehe...

abit more weight off the car and a few little mods and im sure we will be in the 14s hehe

If you start takinf reaction times off then we had a 14 dead but with reaction times the best we got was 15.2

Widdo we were going to get more runs in but we wanted to give the car a rest so we stoped for about an hour to let the car coold down and for us to have lunch.. I was first on the track (number 1) at 11.15 and we continued til 3ish and decided to go to the pub.

it doesn't matter about your reaction time the clock doesn't start until you brake the line.

very true screech that is why i just said the best was 15.2

wat u mean by taking off reaction times? as shane sed u can have a 30sec reaction time but ur time will still be 15.2, the clock dont start till u move.

nah i think thats a decent time if you look at the 1/4 mile thread there aint much to choose between anyone were talking split seconds!

Dunno about standard 306 rallye power but im pretty sure it aint 190

having said that my 203 only managed a 14.7 and widdos 150 made 14.5 its down to weight and start and practice

Can you see Ste letting me take it up the strip, I only went to the car wash in it and it came back archless.

was the stripped comment bout me? cos if so my first run of 14.89 wasnt stripped and i also need to change me 150bhp to bout 140bhp too lol

I'll be up in the ka at the next one hopefully if nothing else breaks on her!! Aslong as it's before June/July time she'll still be standard
