it would be because of all the related sites and links within the pages, but top stuff keep it goin guys

they may not be THE most orgainised pair, but Dave and olly know 100% what there doing on the net!

The site valuation is based on a few certain parameters..

Like Green206 said, its based on how many people link to the site and how much traffic it gets..

Its also based upon how GANGSTA the name is

Ok, so not GANGSTA.. but its based on how relevant and short the name is..

MaxxdcarclubUK.com would never be worth 20k, EVER.. becasue its too long and crap..

MAXXD.com is short, straight to the point, and ONE word..

That makes it VERY desirable..

And its never being sold!

EDIT - checked, .co.uk is about $80 and .com is about $12,000 apparently!

I guess it also depends on WHO is buying and WHAT they want it for..

Shame, they used to be such a driving force in the modified car world..

East mids 1 2 3 and 4 ruled..

Then lee left.. and well..

reading between the lines its behind the scenes thats changing, i don't think it will close down, just may change format slightly. like you said it would be a shame if they closed down they have quite a big following!
