this game litterally ROCKS!!
i played it at my mates and we sat and played song after song for 6 hours straight, its that most addictive game i have ever played! FACT.
i sincerily urge you to buy it for whatever console you have it.

i have just completed it on medium (4 buttons) and that was mother fucking hard, how the hell has that little bastard managed to get som darn good.

I'm getting RSI from playing it, its great. I've finished all songs on medium now including Dragonforce Through the fire and the Flames (Hardest thing I've done in my life I think). So far completed four songs on Hard, 5 buttons. Definatly getting better the more I play it. Might give it a rest this week though as my hand is killing.
my hand is STILL hurting from it.. and i was only on easy!
Ive completed it on hard. Just takes a little while to get used to each level change and using another finger. Can't do Expert though
It's a bit easier i've found if you actaully play real guitars as well?
Sounds strange but we put it to the test with some of our mates and we kind of proved it.
Currently trying to get every song 100% perfect note for note on easy...been on medium and hard...just not had much time to play on it recently!!
