Kate has had to have a new clutch in the CC
The Radio code has reset (Obviously the battery was disconnected) and we have no idea what it is!
Is there a standard factory code or a way of finding out or reseting it?
We have tried contacting the previous owner but cant get hold.
Thank you please
Best bet is to contact Peugeot mate. If you whip the radio out there'll be a serial number, any dealer will be able to get the code from that, if not then the chassis number. My old man's done it with his 406 a few times.
Or ask bruton, he's good at things like that
theres a four digit code from pug mate.. have a look in your handbooks sometimes written in there from when the car was new if not peugeots your best bet
Shouldnt need one

trange:
Most of the new ones are matched to one of the cars computers so will only work in the car... thats how my x's was anyways as i had it out to fit a hands free kit, her's was a 53 plate the witch..
ring the main dealers if they dont give it you there just being wankers
Cheers Guys will give them a buzz
Tom Kates is an 01 so will prob have changed it on your ex's and newer pugs
peugeot tend to send there stereos down to me to get codes out of them so dont hold your breath with peugeot.
I havent found a car stereo yet that i cant extract the code from including the new satnav fische units that are acccording to the manufacturer "unbreakable" took me about 4 hours to crack the algorithm
