hmm not to sure, im gunna fully clean and polish the throttle body, heard these get realy dirty quik on 106's. might even tek glove box out and wear me shorts n t shirt lol.would it be worth havin a remap before cams?

if you have the map then cams, then you will only need to map it again to get it running right when the cams are on.

14 sec hat? lol cams are bout 250quid, plus fittin, but luke who came pod is simon rileys son, so shudnt cost to much. then map is 300 i guess?

NOS will put you in class B as its A Power Adder.
So to try and get on top you need to stay NA

i seen a few cars run up with no bonnets on
you could do that as a bonnet weighs quite a bit and the colder air

Remove the sunroof and mechanism, replace with either a sheet of ally welded over, or perspex in the rubber seal, Perspex windows, fibreglass panels e.g doors, tailgate, wings and bonnet. Cheaper than carbon and just as light.
Oh and I wouldnt advise running without the bonnet, its not all about cold air, dont forget aerodynamics

i been speaking to some one off 106owners who has a mint turbo'd gti, he said cut hole in back bumper, as i have no spare wheel, its acting as a wind barrier. but not to cut holes in front bumper as it will cause drag. also take dash off, gut in fully of sound deadening. take bumpers off, cut away the insides. he has even grinded the insides of his doors away lol.
also some 13's for the front with 70 pro tyres, and some 165 wide wheels for the back. also lower the front end 20mm lower than the back.
