Nissens rads do cool fractionally better, but there an ali rad so look better and to be honest 106 rads are renound for going so buying a good quality one pays in the long run, that rad there looks like its on its way out is what ste means i think ? ... they get that bad eventually you can just push your finger through them.

Eurocarparts do nissens rads they don't list one for the 106 but they cross referenced one for me and they had it listed for a saxo, was cheaper than Mark Yates as well :hush:
cool mate l look into it, how are they to fit? i dont fit nothing me self like but could always have a go lol
not bad did one on my red one and piece of piss to bleed
now got eteck strut brace fitted.

Yes, it's does look like it's on it's way but I was just commenting on the manifold being all shiny and new that a nice alloy nissens rad will make that part of the engine bay looks loads cleaner.

looking good hun... i'm having loads of fun in mine at the mo hehe
il have a look at these nissens rads then, get one after xmas, going to spoox on sat, are the quikshift gear linkages any good? the ones for about £45?
spoox tend to overprice their quick shifts, infact probably everything they sell is overpriced!

Ecosse do them as well but TBH alot of the lads on PGAC favour the ones from Griffiths Engineering because they are £19.99 + P&P

sound thats cheap, cheers mate il take a look.
GE quickshift is now fitted, dead easy to do, did it this morning.

having a rethink on plans for car, not keen on the smoothing of bumpers, as for hearing they tend to crack easily. so...

think of..

yellow respray still
bump strips, round wingmirrors gloss black
boot smoothed
gloss black 15s.

or...

leave as it is
rollcage
strip it
buckets
still put 15s on
cams
chipped

or...

White respray
black wheels
black bumpstrips etc

i have £1900 ready to spend on it, obv the cheaper the better, but iv just been thinkin bout the smoothing, dont think it will be practical for how much i drive the car, etc.

wat ya fink??
smooth the boot.. that will look top... sundance yellow spray... slam it 40mm on some nice wheels nice interior... job done Icon_smile
i believe its alredy 40mm sat same as mine b4 the dizzy bitch wrote me off
yeh thats num 1 on list at mo, its already lowered 40mm. im tempted by the gloss black trim, summet different. seen it before on an orange one, looked mint too,

cud also use the spare cash to buy cams and remap too.

You on about doing it like this one that was at Sheff Cruise?
yes but not havin the bumper like that, looks stupid, basically standard, yellow, smoothed boot, all plastic bits gloss black.
