def wanna do the membership thing just let me no how or where to sort it? tbh i wish i'd have done it a long time ago when i first looked at them but like u say it was the SKODA badge that did it. but its excellent to drive and it does'nt hang about either which has suprsised a lot of people and has changed there minds about SKODA'S now lol Icon_smile

what sort of power does it make standard?

cheers mate. power standard is 180bhp so i think 250-300 shud still remain reliable. there some on owners club with more but im not greedy lol as it is a daily driver. tuning places are'nt that far either jabba at peterborough and jbs at chesterfield (who have one thats 600bhp and stupid amounts of torque) Icon_biggrin

im not sure, but i think these engines use the vag KO4 turbo, if so you should see 300bhp without changing the turbo!

thanks, as far as i am aware the turbo is ko3 but i mite be wrong (new to the vag scene lol) only had it a couple of weeks but still makes me smile when i go out in it. very underated and for the money you get quite a good spec, the suspension cud be better nothin coilovers wont sort out, be glad to get xmas out the way so i can spend some cash on it Icon_biggrin

i really like these, seen some big hp ones too, the standard internals are kick ass too
