Word has it that the version in the last pic might not actually make it to production. Subaru are hurrying working on a new front end similar to the "bug-eyed" fiasco owing to less than favourable press and customer opinions about the new look.
I actually don't think the STi version looks that bad, but the standard Impreza and WRX look horrendous. Seeing as it's a hatchback now, I think the hot version would look better as a 3 door.
